Mikel's work was exemplary overall but, when feedback was given, he used it to improve upon the next assignment.

When you think of needing someone to take initiative, Mikel is the answer. On top of delivering consistently good work, Mikel goes the extra step in thinking comprehensively and considerately about any project. 

Additionally, Mikel navigates team work well, and any project working with a team, multiple departments, or clients, I know he would handle professionally.

Mikel was an exceptional student within the Game Business & Esports degree program. As an online student, it can be challenging to connect with your university, but he was intentional about his time and attention to the program and connecting with his classmates and course directors along the way. He took on the role of Event Lead for his final portfolio course and led his classmates to a successful online esports event that they developed, produced, marketed, and executed. I envision Mikel having a successful career in the gaming and esports industry. His skillset, experience, and dedication were highlights during his time at Full Sail.
